Intermittent Focus
So many believers start with passion but struggle with consistency. You’ve probably experienced it: launching into a project or vision with energy, only to lose momentum halfway through. Then, months later, you feel stirred again, dust it off, and start over. That stop-start cycle is what I call Intermittent Focus™. It’s not laziness—it’s often tied to doubt, lack of self-trust, or fear of failure.
Propelling Point:
The antidote to Intermittent Focus™ is learning to anchor your confidence in God’s ability to finish what He started. You don’t have to rely solely on your willpower—your job is to stay present, consistent, and faithful. Confidence grows in the continuing, not just the beginning.
Propel Activation:
Think of one God-given assignment you’ve stopped and restarted. Instead of shaming yourself, ask God for grace to continue. Write down the reason you stopped last time, then put a simple strategy in place to avoid that same hurdle. Take one action toward completion this week and commit to daily prayer over it.
