Stillness
Do you ever feel like life never slows down? Between deadlines, responsibilities, and constant notifications, stillness can feel impossible. Yet, it’s often in stillness where we encounter God’s peace most deeply.
Busyness is one of the greatest distractions of our time. While productivity itself is not bad, the constant rush can drown out God’s voice. Psalm 46:10 reminds us: “Be still, and know that I am God.” Stillness is not laziness—it’s sacred space for renewal.
When we pause, we create room for God to refresh our spirit. Without stillness, we risk burnout, confusion, and misalignment with His will. True strength isn’t found in doing more but in trusting God enough to rest.
Propelling Point:
Stillness is not weakness; it’s where God strengthens and restores you.
Propel Activation:
Set aside 10 minutes today to sit in silence with God—no distractions, no agenda. Just breathe, pray, and listen
